Diversity, or Tomfoolery?

The strange landscape of ‘Diversity’ continues its buckled march into and through society. Facilitated by illogical people who appear somewhat brainwashed or that we have, in fact, been taken over by invasion of the body snatchers already.

But other than the ridiculous idea of quotas based on fairness, inclusion and equally based on sex and skin colour, it seems a rather dangerous angle emerges. As many thought would when you put someone in a job or a position of power who isn’t capable. And there are many reasons for being not being capable in a certain field, and it’s not always one that a simple bit of training can overcome.

And there is the other thing that doesn’t seem to get discussed much, of people not actually wanting those roles. For example, years ago now they started harping on about not enough women CEOs in large corporations. Trying to say they were sexist, and indeed there is an air of sexism to certain industries, and the structural hierarchy, most of them in fact. But I also looked at the whole picture, of all the women I had ever worked with or met, how many even wanted to be a CEO? Or upper management at any level? It was made quite clear to women years ago, if you go for career, your family suffers. If you can get that far because having a family sort of goes against you as a female. Thinking you’ll need time off for maternity, for the kids, won’t be focused etc. However, for men, it seems to work the other way, as if you are a man with a family and a mortgage, you are easier to control perhaps. To tie into their corporate fold, knowing you really do rely on that pay packet more than a single man might. So, exclusions and ideals of lifestyle have always played a part to a point, on both sides. And one could argue that all of that is put in place by men, so women have felt a need to stay out of it as much as possible, because you are in a no-win situation.

And within than, now they are making it even harder to get a fair shot based on skill and ability after touting that as the only route to success or recognition in your field. Back in the day it was more who you know, not what you know. And people can’t deny that many have been kept out of certain industries and positions due to their sex or ethnicity. Now it’s more what you look like rather than anything else, as though everything is meant to be shallow and based on appearances only – including complex and important roles that can have a grave consequence. As if your external shell represents everything about you to be worn as an outfit.

How disheartening for people who have worked hard to try and make something of themselves, to see others fast-tracked because they happen to be the pawn of the month. Imagine if someone putting on a doctor’s uniform suddenly allowed them to perform surgery, or putting on a pilot uniform meant you could now attempt to fly the plane. And people would be called ignorant, or accused of hatred if they tried to say anything. Blind pilots is the next weird thing being joked about today, and it may sound like a joke, but with quotas of disability taking the helm this week, it seems to have actually been discussed. Terrifying. But not unusual for where we are at. Setting everyone up to fail, and exploiting people’s vulnerabilities and psychological desires to be played out in a very public arena to achieve that…

The IPA’s

Now being relabelled as International Protection Applicants, new arrivals by way of stealth have a new category, it seems. Could be to make it all sound more palatable, so that it doesn’t seem that there is a people replacement program going on. But as discussed in my previous articles Hotel California or Hotel Strategy? and On The Ground as well as And The Purpose Is? followed by Moving People Around and then Incompetence or Strategy – there is something happening that is being orchestrated and paid for. And many have now noticed. And to be honest, they already had, but there seemed to be a quick response available from the media of racist or a conspiracy theorist for trying to talk about it. So inevitably lots of people have either ignored it, or tried to avoid discussing it as best they can.

It almost seems to me as though it’s a new form of slavery overall, enticing people over, encouraging them to dump their identity and country of origin. To be a ‘new citizen’ in whichever country they are required for in the long term. Still people coming on boats, to be cheap labour and registered by whichever country wants to claim them. They say your birth certificate is what ties you to a corporation, you are then registered to them as an asset, and used as such. Back in the day, we are led to believe that people went and stole other people, or purchased them from people who had stolen them, and put them in ships and took them to colonies and forced enslavement on them. Is this just a new version of that, due to the old model now being frowned upon, and rightly so, but the need remained. Of wanting vast numbers of low skilled or under educated people, who you can then relocate, and mould into what you require for your next phase of ‘industry’?

My article What Are We Worth? covers it a bit from a pharmaceutical perspective, but it seems people have other uses and an overall worth. As mentioned above when you are born, it’s said when you are registered to gain your birth certificate, that number generated for you to follow you through your life, is considered an asset to whichever sovereign body it’s attached to. And as an asset, you become a commodity and ‘trading stock’ as it were in the bigger picture of their business model they call society. As workers, voters, military fodder, test subjects, useful tools to achieve a social purpose that has been imagined and is designed around you and appears to be for you. However, it is not. People are pawns for purpose, and we are seeing an awful lot of moves all at once currently. Positioning the pieces for the next phase of ‘construction and colonisation’ I guess, with A Working Strategy showing how they have previously controlled, restricted and dictated lifestyles and opportunity for hundreds of years through to now. But once you realise you are A Commodity, it changes how things look, if you understand assets and liabilities, profits and losses, and replace those sterile numbers from currency to people, a whole different ‘business model’ suddenly emerges…

Stone Cold Mystery

We have some rather compelling stone mysteries around the world, buildings, sculptures and remnants of a time past that we can barely get our head around these days. And if we didn’t have so much of it just lying around and still in situ, I doubt we would believe it to be true and would consign it to myth and fiction. But they are there – Baalbek in Lebanon, the Moai on Easter Island, Gobleki Tepi in Turkey, Petra in Jordan, Churches in Ethiopia, Angkor Wat temple complex in Cambodia and many others – the African Pyramids, South American Pyramids, vast quarries and evidence of activity and grand projects across the globe. And some things are a bit further along in the weathering and aging process, showing only a hint of what once was, and imagination seems to fill in the gaps for the archaeologists and historians sometimes. Like Stonehenge and the multitude of other stone circles all throughout Europe and the world, Dolmens in Spain and Portugal, Menirs and Carnac stones in France. Various sites in the Americas, Russia, China, Japan and so on.

And people speculate on things that appear to be left overs from something, that isn’t quite recognisable anymore, but something about it catches our eye. And whether we create patterns as they say people are prone to, or we are actually just good at spotting patterns. The Richat structure in Africa for example with its concentric circles, was put forward as a possible candidate for the elusive and legendary Atlantis, and I can see why. But I recently read an excerpt from a 1747 journal, which described a petrified city of round form in Africa, with the usual strange direction of that time period. Two days south of Ouguela, and seventeen days south-east of Tripoli. Make of that what you will, but depending on the mode of transport, you could find yourself perhaps near the Richat Structure. Although there are a number of places named Tripoli, and as things are renamed and moved, who can say for sure.

There is another twist to the story of stone though, as we also have rumours and legends of abilities, and of curses, magic and of people and places being turned to stone in an instant.

Medusa – one of three sisters, all Gorgon’s who could turn people to stone if they looked at them.

Return to Oz – in the sequel to the original, Dorothy found all the inhabitants of the emerald city had been turned to stone by the villain.

Willow – acorns that can turn things to stone when it touches them, but there was also a scene near the end where the ‘abandoned’ castle showed the people encased in what looked like crystal stone. Obviously, they all get saved at the end, but almost as if they were in a cryo stasis. Which then makes me think of the Superman scene, when Zod and other two are trapped in the 2D crystal spinning off into space.

So, could it be that there is a type of process that can petrify an entire city? Well, if you look at Pompeii, it seems there is a known process that can capture a place and people in time, solidified to then be buried or face the ages and elements as part of the landscape. Could it have happened in other conditions we aren’t quite aware of yet? Where we see ‘old stone’, could be much newer than we give it credit for and have a more human origin than we would care to believe. We do however, like to build and record things in stone by way of statues, sculptures, carvings and architecture, using it to shape the world around us, and leave a record behind us. Even if as time goes by, we aren’t exactly sure what those records are trying to tell us. But that is where it becomes a mystery, and based on what we have to hand in these modern times, the game is definitely afoot…

Memory Stealers

Are we really sure that what we remember are actually our own memories? Or that they are accurate and can be trusted? My articles Memory and Hard Copy go into a couple of angles on memory, and why it might serve a purpose to mess with, confuse or destabilise it for people, so they don’t know what is true or not.

Dark City – yes, that film again, but part of the main aspect of it came to mind again when thinking about this. The fact they have stolen the people from somewhere, and then wiped their memories, instead creating new ones for them and injecting them directly into the brain. Upon awakening from a enforced ‘sleep’, they are the ‘new person’ and have no recollection of anything previous.

Alzheimer’s – a disease which affects memory, thinking, behaviour and social skills.

Hippocampus – the part of the brain that is responsible for memory, behaviour and emotion.

It seems the disease is a cruel twist of nature, to rob you of your memories and emotions towards the end, making life confusing, difficult and a strain on the brain and on those around the person. But is it entirely natural? Is it a consequence of something that ends up building up in the brain, and goes somewhat unnoticed for the longest time. Only put down to age, or an unfortunate set of genes, or whatever they come up with to try and ease the burden. Because it would be so much worse if you knew you could have prevented it, or actually made it better once discovered.

And this is where I theorise about our memories being messed with on purpose, because if we don’t remember facts, dates, personal history and so on, then how can we pass it down? A part of the generational ancestral line gets broken, and can be replaced or rewritten in a much smaller timeframe, with less ‘removals’ I shall call them.

And perhaps we will start to see more of it among younger age groups. I had thoughts towards it after all those nasal swabs were encouraged (and possibly still are in some places). Wondering if that in itself was a quicker way to damage, or interfere with the hippocampus early on, no longer content to wait decades for a build-up of toxins or pollutants. Wanting a much faster result for purpose. And if those people have suffered damage in any way to that area, then as mentioned above, memories, emotions and behaviour can and would all be affected. It could go some way to explain some of the ‘personality changes’ people have mentioned along the way, observed in others. Of course, it could also just be a consequence of all the extra stress, pressure and unknowns being thrown at people on an almost constant basis by way of future threats, so there is a lot to contend with mentally. But if you aren’t functioning properly within that, then it will create an even more difficult arena to find normality.

I can’t help thinking though, that normality is no longer on the cards, and never was, just an illusion of it that is no longer needed. And it might sound far-fetched to think that they can inject actual memories into people, or extract them – but when I give it thought, there are other representations of that kind of thing.

Dumbledore in the Harry Potter films, in one of them he uses his wand to extract a memory and ‘save it for later’ to be viewed in one of their magical devices.

Dark Crystal – the crystal is used to extract the life force and memories of their slaves, leaving them as numb zombie type creatures.

Batman Forever – the Riddler and his invention to harvest the thoughts and mental energy from people while they watch television.

Like I said, it might sound far-fetched on the face of it, and the mechanics of the ideas put forward in the movies somewhat elaborate or fantastical. And just as they may be able to remove certain things, there is no saying they can’t put them in there either – the rise in reports of intrusive thoughts springs to mind there. But who knows what they can achieve through signals, implants, drugs and frequencies – as we don’t even know ourselves how our brains work so, how can we say for sure they haven’t been infiltrated. As I have said before, be mindful of your thoughts, and sometimes it might just be a good idea to question, whether those thoughts are really your own…
