“You see pictures in your head? That sounds like witchcraft to me”…
The moment we discovered a difference in thought processes that kind of changed everything.

I am looking forward to some slightly better weather to get some gardening underway. It’s nice to be able to clear back the dead stuff from last year and clear the way for new growth.
Last Spring, while turning over the beds to plant new things, a small pot revealed itself, perfectly intact. I have no idea what make or how old it is but I love it nonetheless. A good find 🙂

We can’t condone
Just what they stole
They took our lives
To have control
Despite attempts
The truth does travel
We see the lies
Start to unravel
What they say
And what we see
Just doesn’t stack up
In reality
It feels all wrong
And looks it too
No need for doubt
If it were true
There is so much
For us to lose
While they gain
We’ll have to chose
What happens next…

Colourful nature designs all taken from my nature photography. Available on over 90 different products, but today I’m going for cushions 🙂 They bring a great bit of colour to a room, are comfy and covers easy to wash. I know as I have bought about 8 so far for myself!

I don’t vary my baking much and once I find something I like I tend to stick to it. Apricot Danish is a firm favourite, although I decided on smaller cuts of pastry this time to get three from one strip. And thought a blueberry one might be nice too.

They want us lost
And feeling alone
You’re a smaller threat
If on your own
And in these dark
And uncertain days
There seems no end
Like trapped in a maze
But something is up
That we can feel
What’s being said
Just doesn’t seem real
Nothing to see
With only their word
The lie is so twisted
It got too absurd
But now a lifestyle
It’s gone on so long
There won’t be much left
If we can’t just get on
Time is slipping away…

I planted these in the garden last year and it kept flowering for a while with lots of heads. A really nice and bright addition to the garden.

A lovely blue butterfly found in southern North America, Central America, and northern South America. And butterfly farms, which is where I took this pic.

It was a dark and moody start to the morning yesterday.

I have only seen this type of beetle once while out walking in Oxfordshire Countryside I think this was a couple summers ago. Luckily I had my phone for a picture.
