Homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream – recipe

150ml double cream

12.5ml whole milk

6g chocolate chips (crushed)

1 tsp sugar

15 drops peppermint extract

Combine the milk, sugar, extract together, add cream and whisk until thick, then whisk through the chocolate chips. Place in tub and freeze until set.
