A little snail made its way onto the pond. I assisted it back to land, but maybe it was saying hello to the pond snails…

Lots of little yellow flowers out at the moment, we have creeping wood sorrel, wood avens, sow thistle, cinquefoil and yellow clover 💛

It’s starting to look summer, the 1st June has brought ripe strawberries to start the bounty from the garden. Only two so far, but hoping for little bits here and there, the wild strawberries should be soon as well 🍓

This beautiful Gatekeeper butterfly was from August in the garden. Giving me time and different backgrounds to get some fairly decent shots.

There have been some awesome little bugs and insects this year. Most of them have moved on now and the late summer change of plants begins. I shall get some new seeds planted to start the winter grow. Hopefully autumn will have some different things going on, its one of my favourite months. Here are some of the brightest and coolest of the last month or so.
