Diversity, or Tomfoolery?

The strange landscape of ‘Diversity’ continues its buckled march into and through society. Facilitated by illogical people who appear somewhat brainwashed or that we have, in fact, been taken over by invasion of the body snatchers already.

But other than the ridiculous idea of quotas based on fairness, inclusion and equally based on sex and skin colour, it seems a rather dangerous angle emerges. As many thought would when you put someone in a job or a position of power who isn’t capable. And there are many reasons for being not being capable in a certain field, and it’s not always one that a simple bit of training can overcome.

And there is the other thing that doesn’t seem to get discussed much, of people not actually wanting those roles. For example, years ago now they started harping on about not enough women CEOs in large corporations. Trying to say they were sexist, and indeed there is an air of sexism to certain industries, and the structural hierarchy, most of them in fact. But I also looked at the whole picture, of all the women I had ever worked with or met, how many even wanted to be a CEO? Or upper management at any level? It was made quite clear to women years ago, if you go for career, your family suffers. If you can get that far because having a family sort of goes against you as a female. Thinking you’ll need time off for maternity, for the kids, won’t be focused etc. However, for men, it seems to work the other way, as if you are a man with a family and a mortgage, you are easier to control perhaps. To tie into their corporate fold, knowing you really do rely on that pay packet more than a single man might. So, exclusions and ideals of lifestyle have always played a part to a point, on both sides. And one could argue that all of that is put in place by men, so women have felt a need to stay out of it as much as possible, because you are in a no-win situation.

And within than, now they are making it even harder to get a fair shot based on skill and ability after touting that as the only route to success or recognition in your field. Back in the day it was more who you know, not what you know. And people can’t deny that many have been kept out of certain industries and positions due to their sex or ethnicity. Now it’s more what you look like rather than anything else, as though everything is meant to be shallow and based on appearances only – including complex and important roles that can have a grave consequence. As if your external shell represents everything about you to be worn as an outfit.

How disheartening for people who have worked hard to try and make something of themselves, to see others fast-tracked because they happen to be the pawn of the month. Imagine if someone putting on a doctor’s uniform suddenly allowed them to perform surgery, or putting on a pilot uniform meant you could now attempt to fly the plane. And people would be called ignorant, or accused of hatred if they tried to say anything. Blind pilots is the next weird thing being joked about today, and it may sound like a joke, but with quotas of disability taking the helm this week, it seems to have actually been discussed. Terrifying. But not unusual for where we are at. Setting everyone up to fail, and exploiting people’s vulnerabilities and psychological desires to be played out in a very public arena to achieve that…

The IPA’s

Now being relabelled as International Protection Applicants, new arrivals by way of stealth have a new category, it seems. Could be to make it all sound more palatable, so that it doesn’t seem that there is a people replacement program going on. But as discussed in my previous articles Hotel California or Hotel Strategy? and On The Ground as well as And The Purpose Is? followed by Moving People Around and then Incompetence or Strategy – there is something happening that is being orchestrated and paid for. And many have now noticed. And to be honest, they already had, but there seemed to be a quick response available from the media of racist or a conspiracy theorist for trying to talk about it. So inevitably lots of people have either ignored it, or tried to avoid discussing it as best they can.

It almost seems to me as though it’s a new form of slavery overall, enticing people over, encouraging them to dump their identity and country of origin. To be a ‘new citizen’ in whichever country they are required for in the long term. Still people coming on boats, to be cheap labour and registered by whichever country wants to claim them. They say your birth certificate is what ties you to a corporation, you are then registered to them as an asset, and used as such. Back in the day, we are led to believe that people went and stole other people, or purchased them from people who had stolen them, and put them in ships and took them to colonies and forced enslavement on them. Is this just a new version of that, due to the old model now being frowned upon, and rightly so, but the need remained. Of wanting vast numbers of low skilled or under educated people, who you can then relocate, and mould into what you require for your next phase of ‘industry’?

My article What Are We Worth? covers it a bit from a pharmaceutical perspective, but it seems people have other uses and an overall worth. As mentioned above when you are born, it’s said when you are registered to gain your birth certificate, that number generated for you to follow you through your life, is considered an asset to whichever sovereign body it’s attached to. And as an asset, you become a commodity and ‘trading stock’ as it were in the bigger picture of their business model they call society. As workers, voters, military fodder, test subjects, useful tools to achieve a social purpose that has been imagined and is designed around you and appears to be for you. However, it is not. People are pawns for purpose, and we are seeing an awful lot of moves all at once currently. Positioning the pieces for the next phase of ‘construction and colonisation’ I guess, with A Working Strategy showing how they have previously controlled, restricted and dictated lifestyles and opportunity for hundreds of years through to now. But once you realise you are A Commodity, it changes how things look, if you understand assets and liabilities, profits and losses, and replace those sterile numbers from currency to people, a whole different ‘business model’ suddenly emerges…

In The Closet

A Door, or to be more precise, the door of a wardrobe or cupboard. With a fantastic story or magical adventure, if you go through and follow the lure that led you there. However, there was usually a price or penalty for straying into lands unknown, often with a dark undertone.

Narnia – a serious adventure ensues from this tale, and is one of the first ones I think of when it comes to crazy wardrobe lands.

Time Bandits – this is the second one I think of, again a thrill ride of events, with a demon like supreme being overshadowing the fun.

Poltergeist – not such a fun adventure on the other side of that door, and gives reason to wonder what might just be on the ‘other side’.

Monsters Inc – Doors to children’s bedrooms through their wardrobes, creepy as hell as a storyline. But because it’s animated and colourful, the weird under and overtones don’t seem to get discussed much.

Coraline – not quite a wardrobe or cupboard, but A Portal through a tiny bricked up door, not a wardrobe, but still the face of the portal to an alternate ‘reality’.

Alice in Wonderland – no door, but she fell through a rather long and strange tunnel. As with a few other tales of tunnels, the Woolpit Green Children and the origin of the cabbage patch kids. Although they are often said to be caves and tunnels, so the story widens once you start factoring in caves.

Winchester House (California) – a very strange house and one I was fortunate enough to visit many years ago. It has lots of features that don’t make sense, but one of them are doorways that open to solid brick walls – like the above in Coraline. And wardrobes that are doors to the next room. Weird on the face of it, but maybe not if it was perhaps for others to use, if you catch my drift.

But it seems there is definitely a theme of something lurking and using doorways as a gateway from somewhere else. And as I always say, it could just be imagination and good storytelling. Or it could be, something does have access through those portals, and is indeed, lurking…
