Made more sense

Is be more strict

But in their lies

They contradict

How all don’t see

They tapped our fear

By mortality

But using every

Daily breath

To spend your time

Avoiding death

It seems a loss

And quite a waste

When time is short

We should make haste

To live our lives

And make them full

Just be aware

And responsible

For you and yours

And what you do

To keep it real

And know what’s true

Meant to play out

We can talk and cry

And scream and shout

But in the end

We have to admit

The logic has crumbled

Although a madness

It does seem

You try to wake

It is a plan

They do not hide

One of conquer

And divide

Propaganda

So much for show

Keep us apart

Turn friend to foe

To make it work

They had to get

An increased level

Of personal threat

To make you fear

Your fellow man

See them as infected

And then they can

Have their rules

And change of law

But I have to wonder

I try each day
