I haven’t shared any art for a while, so here is one of my previous drawings. I’ll try and remember to share more drawings and paintings. Not much happening at the moment, but there are plenty of previous ones.

It took a few decades and being off work in the lockdown, but my brother has finally drawn me a picture now he’s not tattooing for a bit (hopefully he’ll be back to it soon).
But, I said Hellraiser, this is what I got 😍🖤

When I draw it tends to be very ordered and symmetrical, although not perfect because I do them by hand. But I love those slight imperfections. Painting is a whole different ball game. Not working to strict lines has been a challenge but a good one.

I used to make cards for friends and family for Christmas and birthdays and everyone always seemed to love them.
So after a few years of no longer having anyone to make cards for I decided to see if anyone out there might like them 😁
I brought some new coloured card having previously only used red, blue, green and pale lilac. I use my hand drawn art to print on the card, then I add the extra touches by hand. Once I have a set completed, then I will post the finished product. Getting the reflective silver and gold to shimmer in the photographs isn’t working out so well yet.

When drawing I usually find the need for symmetry and geometry, it gives a sense of order I enjoy. Here is one of my much earlier pieces which is now over 20 years old!
